Where to start?

Hi all!

I’m on a weight loss journey and currently make my lunch the night before. It’s not difficult, but I would really love to start prepping for the whole week. I don’t mind eating the same thing every day, so that’s an advantage. But I’m terrible with coming up with ideas (I’m going for high protein/ low cal).

Any advice for a beginner on a budget?
