Does anyone have a go-to breakfast sandwich meal prep recipe?

I'm UK based, for reference to oven temps or any differences we have.
I've got Bacon, eggs and English muffins. Looking to make make breakfast sandwiches with them.
I'm looking for the best recipe/how to possible.
I assume, I cook all ingredients as normal, cool down, assemble and then wrap up, put in freezer, defrost and then microwave?
