Easy recipes for a week's worth of protein powder?

Post Body

I'm just starting to meal prep and I have my main meals down. Now I'm trying to figure out how to fit protein powder (vanilla) into the equation.

I need to prep about 14 scoops of protein powder (about 168g of protein). I realize that these could all be protein shakes but I want to save up on all the dish washing. Plus I'd really want to have just one day to do all the preparations instead of doing small preparations each day. I was thinking of making a big batch of protein brownies but I'm unsure about the proportions and frankly how to make a batch that big since it'll be the first time I'll be baking anything.

Any ideas?
