Hello,
So on Sundays, I cook lunch for myself and my friend at work for 4 days, 8 portions. These stay in the fridge and then we reheat them in a microwave at work in portions.
I'm running out of recipes/ideas and would love to hear your suggestions, please avoid anything fish related (obvs) and nothing spicy/curry/vegetarian please.
I often use a dutch oven to cook these in as I have a large Le Creuset one I can batch cook, but I have other normal kitchen instruments and appliances too (no air fryer).
Things I have made/we've eaten so far:
Pulled pork
Chili
Pork and beans
Lasagna
Beef stew
Lunch box style pizza bread
