Hello! I am hoping to find someone in my similar position.
I had Roux En Y gastric bypass in on 6/17/2016. My nutritionist is a gem but the weight-loss center as a whole, sort of discourages their patients from wanting to "bulk up."
Now, I'm not necessarily looking to get that big but I'd love to build more muscle mass simple so my body can tolerate more calories without putting on fat.
Because of my surgery, it's sometimes hard to eat the number of calories recommended in one-sitting or even the sheer volume of food.
So, in short...I'd love some pals to chat with who've worked through this. TIA. <3
