TL;DR score continually decreases despite changing nothing about my study strategy. Looking for any advice to improve score before my test date in 4 days.

So I just wrote AAMC FL4 today and to my surprise, I am still on the same backwards trajectory I was on last week. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but my score just keeps going down.

I've been writing an FL a week for the month leading up to my test, and as you can see from the last 2, my scores are decreasing. After writing an FL, I will review my incorrect answers and make them into Anki cards. For CARS, I have started on the AAMC diagnostic last week only to find that it's been allowing me to take longer on passages, and I ended up running out of time on this FL.

Is there anything I can do realistically between now (Monday) and Saturday (the 3rd) that would improve my score? I will be working on 3 of those days, but can do a good amount of studying before work.

The only thing I've changed between the first and last FL is how much I study. I've been focusing on good sleeping and rest/relaxation habits to make sure I am calm and relaxed before the test, and to ensure that my brain has time to encode everything I'm learning. Other than that, I've changed nothing in my approach to studying.

If anyone has been through something like this or can help me out in any way, I could really use it.
