Preparing for Psych/Soc

Hello everyone!
I've been reading threads about test reactions and the consensus is that psych/soc is getting much harder (at least compared to the FLS), in that AAMC picks out specific details. Does anyone have any tips for how they are studying, or what they wish they would've done differently in hindsight? I've been using the 300 page doc and watching the khan academy videos, but I'm not too sure what else I could do.
