Beta sheets - intra or intermolecular

Post Body

Not taking the MCAT but I am just confused about beta-sheets in biochemistry

From my understanding, they can either form H-bonds (from the N on the amino group with the H on the carboxyl group) between 2 polypeptide chains, or it can fold in on itself to make a sheet formation (but the terminuses run anti parallel)

In that case, can intermolecular beta sheets either be parallel or anti parallel, while INTRAmolecular beta sheets can only be antiparallel?
