OscarPlus Serious Question

So I see that there are job postings on there.
I’m not in a co-op program, so do I still have to apply on OscarPlus then the employer’s website, or can I just instantly go to the employer’s website and ONLY apply there?
Is there any difference if I ONLY apply on the employer’s website without applying through OscarPlus?
