I'm looking for 2 other mods to come join the team.

It's clear I can only check up on the sub every 24-48h and new posts come in too fast for it to be useful for the community. It's clearly similar for other mods here as well.

Desired/required:

1. Your account must have existed for several years, have no history of toxic behaviour, and preferably you were a mod on other meaningfully large subs (>10k members).

2. History in the sub

3. You agree with the overall community values:

• When in doubt, the sub should value honest architectural discussion. The sub being about strictly McMansions was found to be restrictive and killed engagement. We can overlap somewhat with subs like r/zillowgonewild or r/houseporn (on thursdays) but our focus is discussion around architectural beauty, tastefulness and trading off quality for "quantity" in housing

• Posts that generate good discussion should in general be allowed, even if they're in a grey zone.

• Low effort posts, off topic posts, and posts that "dont get" this subreddit should be removed. The shitpost and meme flaired posts should only be allowed if there's actual effort put into the joke. Posting a castle or a FLW home and saying "look at this McMansion" should either be removed, or allowed to be ridiculed by the community. Repeat offenders should get temp bans.

• You don't have to remove all posts that break rules. Being downvoted to hell or ridiculed in the comments is a valid form of community self-correction. In fact it teaches new users very quickly to conform to the community values. This community did a good job of enforcing its own values for the last year.

• The flair system needs to be strictly enforced. The certified flair is only for true McMansions, following our guide and the original blog guide.

• Users that harass, are combative, or break reddit rules should be temp-banned or perma banned.

What's expected:

• We need mods to check in here every 6-8h in the entire team. I check in every 24-48h as stated, so we need at least 2 new active mods.
