Getting no shifts for ages now, am i basically fired?

So I've had one 3 hour shift in the last 10 weeks. I was working there for about a month and a half getting 1 or 2 shifts each week. I admittedly wasn't the best employee but i tried my best. But now i'm getting no shifts every single week.

I thought that maybe they were just overstaffed...that was until they put out a workplace post asking us to contact friends and get them to apply cause they were in need of staff.

I reached out to a manager about 2 weeks ago asking why....no response.

So like, am I fired?
