How to do a better job of making friends working at McDonalds

I'm 16 and working at McDonald's. I have some type of social anxiety. I fear people are judging me in social situations and I don't know if i'm acting normal or not.
I started at McDonald's 2 months ago and it's my first job, I struggle to make friends with coworkers because I just don't know what to say and I'm always so stressed with doing the actual job because I don't want to disappoint people.
I see people who were hired at the same time as me already super close with people, how can I get there?
