just had my first shift without a trainer, feeling discouraged and useless (AUS)
Post Body

I had my first shift off of training today and it wasn't great. I was going to slow, screwing up and just running around like a headless goose.

I was packing Uber orders, making desserts and drinks and taking orders.

I had to ask sooooo many questions and while the managers started off nice, they were visibly frustrated towards the end of it. And the girl who I was running and packing with was definitely annoyed and snapped at me a few times.

I hate feeling like I'm being useless and not pulling my weight. I don't want everyones first impression of me to be that im the useless one. I know i'm not supposed to be an expert, but i should at least be competent.

i have another shift tomorrow and im super anxious for it.

any advice or tips?
