Going in for my first shift without a crew trainer tonight, need some tips and advice (AUS)
Post Body

so i think i did pretty well on my training, but i still need some things cleared up so i dont look like an idiot. could someone please answer these questions?

  1. How do seniors coffees work? i think you need to spend a certain amount or something but i dont really know.

  2. How do promotions in general work on the POS?

  3. When a customer comes to the counter saying they were given the wrong order or were missing something, do I tell the manager or just fix it for them?

  4. This isnt a scheduled shift for me, a shift manager said it was available on workplace so i said id take it, will i get a response from him or do i just turn up and clock in?

  5. any tips for putting the stickers on the delivery bags with gloves on? its impossible.

Thanks heaps!!
