You know how new crew trainers walk around and try to corrective coach staff on procedures... Yeah I'm not really that kind of person that just let's them. Every time I'm told "oh you're supposed to put them condiments in an A bag" I turn around and blast whoever it is that says it. Even the business manager. "Where's your beard net then?" "Make sure you double lid them drinks before looking at what I'm doing" etc. Today I was not in the mood for sarcasm so I opted for "would you like to awfully f*ck off?"How do you do with these situations in your workplace. I'm talking about crew trainers that don't know most of the procedures in stores where most procedures are chronically not being followed.
This definitely sounds like it was written by someone people enjoy being around. Totally.
