I hate when customers lie so they look better. Or because they weren’t listening and don’t wanna admit it. I’ve run into many customers almost daily, that I will tell something specific to them. Like today I said “for that frappe we don’t have any caramel drizzle is that okay?” And they said yes and then when handed the frappe they tell the manager I never told them we didn’t have drizzle. Like wtf people please open your ears. I’m getting bitched at by my managers because you can’t swallow your pride and said “I’m sorry what did u say?”
