So, this is something that keeps happening to me at work and quite frankly I’ve had enough of it all. Every. Single. Time I book time off, I’m always put on a closing shift the day before (Our store closes at 1AM and we’re never out before 3 AM.) Surely this is in some way illegal and I can lodge a formal complaint? When I book days off, I want that whole day, not only part of it because of a closing shift. I’m planning on taking this to management and complaining because it’s entirely unfair.
