Anyone else have to take 2 or more bun racks off the stack of 20 just to fit into the back door and into the freezer? Every single truck delivery I have to take off the top two just to get the stacks in the building. It's mildly inconvenient.

18 is what I usually aim for. The only times I’ll leave full stacks like that is if there weren’t enough rollers available.
Not all drivers will downstack it tho, which is a bummer. You can absolutely ask them to if you have a decent working relationship.
