So, I work at a really busy store, and the management is actually okay most of the time. But I keep ending up in a position where for an hour or two near the end of my shifts, I’m being left in the kitchen by myself. Usually, it’s two people on table, one on back wall, one on grill, and sometimes extras if we have them. We have MORE than enough staff. There’s absolutely no reason for me to be having to do back wall, grill, stocking, and cleaning. Absolutely no VALID reason when earlier in the day we had TOO many people.
