I wasn't given any kind of outfit and I was told that I'd get my uniforms the first day. What do I wear to my first day of training before receiving a uniform?

I was a little confused by orientation as well and feel slightly left out of information, but I'm doing my best to fill in gaps, although I would like to ask: Is there any information that I should know that won't be given to me, such as any tips or expectations? It's my first job so I don't really have any images drawn in my mind.

I'd say I'm a little scared, because I'm walking into a known environment with unknown instructions and if I get a bad trainer, what will my steps be to learn autonomously?

Any tips are appreciated from anyone, really just needing some general expectations for work from anyone that knows the environment.
