I've been working at McDonald's since the end of September. I started out in the kitchen but the past few weeks I've been getting more comfortable with service and I recently was chosen to be the back cash person for the shop (I'm not sure if other places not in the USA have them but it's basically like a secret person that reviews and rates you). I got a 98% and one of the kitchen managers said that I'm really good at it. I've had people tell me I'm their favorite person. I like kitchen but since I get really bad migraines and I'm always trying to focus on like 5 things at once. Yay being understaffed it's easier for me to do window. Plus smells and sounds in the kitchen make it worse.
When things are bad I hate the job. But as long as things are smooth I'm perfectly fine. It sucks when I get easily overwhelmed.
How often do people pay for others orders at your store?
