I'm in pain constantly from work. I've only worked 4 days. First day was 3 hours. I was fine with that. No huge issues. Second day I was working 6 hours. Third I did 7 and I did almost 9 today on my 4th. Was suppose to get off after 8 hours but they kept me a half hour extra. I went from completely sedentary life style. Like active less than one hour a day. To this. I was suppose to be warmed up over the first few days or so. I was trained extremely poorly and even wrong in some instances. I'm the busiest person in the Kitchen. I'm in charge of stocking all frozen food goods/breakfast fridge foods. Toast bake. All q oven-ing. Packing cookies and pies. Along with other things Everyone else does.Like mopping and sweeping. All of this on my own with no one helping me. Only time that anyone comes to help me is when we are completely out of something and are super busy. I'm so overwhelmed. I come home from work and sob. Both from the pain and from the fact that I'm so overwhelmed. I want to know does the pain get better? Or other tips and advice for going into this. Thank.
