Seatbelt dilemma

The seatbelt just behind the drivers seat in my 2010 cx9 is jammed and nothing I have tried has gotten it to disengage (youtube videos). Now it has been pulled all the way out and is locked so I can’t even pull it. Any ideas what I can do?
To be more specific, it the actual buckle that is jammed, with the red button stick down into the buckle on first row of bench seats .
