Good build for Maya/3d Modelling at late notice?

Hi all!
Apologies for how badly this will come across but my brother just let me know hes in the market for a new PC build and I agreed to help him out although in saying that I'm fairly new to putting together builds myself! The main focus will be on animation and 3D Modelling.

So I'm hoping to hop into the Black Friday/Cyber Monday to source him some parts but I could really really use some guidance, his budget is about 3000 euro, I know the main focus should be the processor but I'm so new when it comes to AMD I dont know which would be best?

If anyone could offer some super last-minute guidance or even an up to date "go-to" build I would be crazy appreciative! :)
