Quick Questions regarding Battleline Units, and Gnoblars

I am planning to soon get into Ogor Kingdoms. But I had a quick pair of questions!
First, is there only 1 Battleline option in the force, ie the Gluttons? Or is there a way to make other options Battleline (like with Kharadron, you can choose a Skyport and get things like your Gunhaulers into Battleline)
Second, what exactly is the use of Gnoblars? I know the Vanguard box has a few of those little guys and I am curious exactly what their use is.
