During the Clone Wars, I feel like this arc was very strange and left much to be desired.

The first thing that irked me is that Pong Krell seems to know (or have an idea) of what is to come but there is not any background information in the show or I could find online. He knows about this grand plan and says all this and it seems like no one takes notice...

The second thing I find odd is that after Krell's death, what the hell happens? Is Rex and the 501st soldiers involved called in for questioning? Is Krell's background and dealings with the dark side looked into? I feel like some sort of wrap up outside of "oh hey, this clone is detained and taken away in a gunship and, oh yeah, we took control of Umbara" would be nice.

Anyone have an other information on this or a theory on what may have happen.

I assume that Rex and others were questioned and security footage was reviewed, but I am curious what official actions took place because I can only imagine a Jedi going to the dark side and killing his own clones would be pretty severe and looked into deeply.
