Could fire retardant from a mattress cause lung nodules?

I had some small incidental long nodules found. My mattress is Tuft and Needle, which apparently doesn’t use fiberglass, though I have read Tuft and Needle does use some sort of continuous filament spun glass firesock as a fire retardant (no idea what the difference between fiberglass and continuous spun glass would be)

I’m not accusing my mattress of causing this, but someone in a Facebook group floated this as a possible cause. Just trying to do a survey to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar?
