So I was moving to a new place and needed a mattress fast and Puffy was promising two day delivery. Great, I order but lo and behold the delivery turns into 8 days...I write them to cancel but they tell me its already sent. 3 days later I get a mail that its been sent...I tell them to cancel the order with Fedex, they told me it wasnt possible...so 3 days later Fedex dumps the mattress in front of my old address where it sits for half a day before my buddy comes home.
I write them immediately (Nov 19th) to arrange a pickup, and get a polite mail saying they will get back to me once they have a pick up date. After writing them twice this has still not happened so im considering going to my bank to ask for a charge back to put the pressure on them. Do you guys think my bank will agree to that? I plan to print and bring my email correspondence and show the unwillingness from Puffy to initiate the pickup.
Bottom line DO NOT BUY FROM PUFFY if you ever think you might need customer service >(
