Very excited I ordered a puffy Queen mattress on Nov 11th. The day after I realized that I had used my old address and immedeatley wrote Puffy to ask to change the address. 4 days later I get a response that this is not possible but they will try to cancel the order. The next day it is shipped from Puffy meaning that they missed the window to cancel the order. I am then told to reject the order when it arrives. Of course I am not home when Fedex comes by, and for some reason they just drop a 1200 CAD mattress in front of my door...
Immediately I write Puffy to set up a return (19th Nov, 8 days after my order, 7 days after I told them the address was wrong). I am told that Puffy will come back with a pickup date, but now 11 days later (30th Nov) I have not heard anything!!!! Simply unacceptable. I look forward to returning this garbage product and never ever again shopping with Puffy.
Totally unavoidable crappy experience.
