I'm 5-6 220, a stomach sleeper

She is 150 5-3 and a back sleeper

Currently we have one of those in the box mattresses. It is about 12 years old. I forget the name but it is not casper or purple. It is on the firmer side. I do not mind it but she wants a new one. We stayed in a hotel and they had a sealy posturpedic. We both enjoyed it.

I'm looking for mattresses online and holy cow do they range on quality and price. She bought the last mattress or went thru the process. I rather not spend more than 2k but we are flexible. The sterns and foster beds look great but once sheets are on, who sees the mattress anyway.

How much is it a good mattress vs high quality sheets and pillows.? Any advise would be great.
