Fairmont mattress question

I really like the basic Fairmont mattress, however it is $3150 on the Fairmont website (Sealy) (https://canada.fairmontstore.com/products/the-fairmont-bed)
or $1500 for the Sealy Posturepedic Fairmont Hybrid Euro Pillow Top Plush (https://www.thebay.com/product/sealy-sealy-posturepedic-fairmont-hybrid-euro-pillow-top-plush-mattress-0600092684431.html). Despite what the website says, this would not be eligible for return or exchange..
I'm not really sure what the difference is - can anyone help?
