A truly inspirational performance by the girls in green and gold tonight. Sure, England won… And deservedly so… But the Matildas won a spot in our hearts. Im taking a honorary sick day off work in support of them, and I encourage you to call in sick too. We may not get a public holiday, but we deserve it and if enough of us do it… well, they cant fire us all!
Great tournament and still open game to go. One must wonder what might have been if we defended better/didn't gift them goal and Kerr got one of those two chances ! Still great effort

She would of then I assumed passed it off to the left, and who knows still what would of happened. Yeah bad defending but I think Matilda's was worse haha
