What is the use-case of a proper subset over a subset?
Post Body

I understand that the only difference between a subset and proper subset is that two sets would not be a proper subset if they're both equal, e.g. {1, 2, 3} & {3, 2, 1} would both be subsets of each other but not proper subsets of each other. But I don't understand the use-case of this? Would it only be used if you wanted to filter out sets that are the exact same?
