Grad School VS Industry Question
Post Body

Hi all, I'll be approaching graduation in about a year and wanted some input on my situation.

I am a Material Science and Engineering student who has been fortunate enough to land two internships in the semiconductor industry and have enjoyed it. I have also been very involved with research and have been able to attend a couple conferences and enjoy that side.

It seems like due to some connections I might be able to land a pretty solid entry level job in the semiconductor industry after graduation, but it also seems like I would have a good shot at getting into a solid grad school.

I feel I would enjoy both, but Im wondering if I could get some insight of pros and cons of each path. I know I would eventually want to do grad school for context.

Obviously I will also have pretty long conversations with my advisors and such because they know my situation best, but just thought some people could have some interesting thoughts! Thanks!
