This may be an unpopular opinion but I find myself doing other things while watching the new episodes of Masterchef. Been a long time fan and even rewatch different seasons (find myself rewatching season 4 and 8 a lot) but, season 11 is unbelievably boring.

I feel like there really isn't anyone likeable or memorable except for Suu. Maybe this season feels so different because of Covid and they aren't able to go out and do team challenges but, I didn't think that would make such a huge difference.

The legends aspect is just as boring and almost as pointless when each contestant had their "own mentor". I will keep watching until the end but it definitely feels like it is out of obligation at this point.

Would love to hear other people's thoughts about this season.
