The spoon drop for Dorian
Post Body

For context as to why I am bringing this up I am rewatching season 10 in preparation for season eleven. The spoon drop bugs me to no end but I do think I have found out something. There is an old saying that when a chef of a household drops a piece of silverware someone is coming to visit that house.

Joe could be saying that he wants to eat it again in a round about way.

Though the spoon usually means a child is coming to visit so he really should have dropped his fork but it doesn't really matter all that much.

Also the full saying is "When a cook drops the silverware a family is coming to visit" or something similar
