So loving it so far as it's easy to use n comfortable when on. Pre session, my BPSFL is 17cm. First i pump with 1.75 tube n heat pad for 10min (intermittent), do my 100 per side scrapes n then I do the first 5-10min of 1min strain/fatigue sets, gradually increasing the tension n then do 8-5min sets at what I feel is high tension. I feel the stretch and my penis feels pretty tight as it's being tugged. At the end, I'll check my BPSFL again n I'm lucky if I get it at 17.5, which would give me about 3% increase which I think is the goal but other days, there's no change. N I feel I'm doing everything the same everytime. I'll then after measuring will do 1 or 2 sets of 10min intermittent pumping with my bigger 2.00 tube for girth. I'll replace this with hard clamp (waiting for my python) once a week.
I even feel a slight strain on right side of base as I think I might put it too tight a couple times that I took a few days off to let it rest. I normally dothis about 4-5x/wk. I plan on buying the tension gauge but from what I've explained am I going hard enough or long enough? How should it feel if I know I'm going right weight. I understand it shouldn't be painful but u can also go not hard enough n not get any gains out of it. Thanks for all help....
