I'd like to start a video series where I, in very plain English, break down and explain some of the things that can seem complex and overwhelming about PE.
My goal is a series of very short educational videos where I share tips and tricks and demystify PE.
I'd love to hear what you guys would like to learn about.
What confuses you?
Anything that goes "over your head".
Questions you think are "too stupid" to ask.
Issues you have in your PE routine, things you just can't seem to get right no matter what.
Issues in bed, in the gym or in life in general.
