Hello everyone, PervMcSwerve here. A.k.a. Adam, CEO of Massive Novelties. I’m writing to give everyone an update on the APEX pre-orders, Frankenstender 3.0 upgrades, and Frankenstender 3.0 original orders. To start, I want to say thank you for the overwhelming response to our first product release. I am so thankful to be part of such a supportive community and I am proud to be able to give something back to you all. As with many small businesses and especially brand new start-ups, we have faced a few obstacles as we ramp up production to meet demand. We have contracted with an engineer who has helped us design and perfect the APEX, as well as a few other products yet to come. Not to completely pass the buck, but we were delivered an inferior product for our initial builds. We refused to send off something that we were not satisfied with. We felt that that would be dishonest and disrespectful to our customers. This set us back to using only a portion of the product that we had received, and as a result have only been able to fulfill some of the pre-orders up until now. We are currently waiting on the refinished parts and products to be delivered to us. We have also placed additional orders for parts so that we will be able to fill future orders more quickly. That being said, I want to express how much I appreciate your patience, time, and understanding as we do our best to get our products shipped out to you as quickly as possible. For those who ordered early on in the APEX pre-order, we are looking at a maximum of two weeks before your order ships. For those that ordered later, we are looking at three weeks max before those go out. Concerning shipping, we do not at this time have any way of telling any individual where they are in the queue. It isn’t something we can determine within our system because of its current configuration, and because of the nature of our “batching" manufacturing process. That being said we cannot offer you any additional information when you reach out, other than: if you received an order conformation, your order is processing, if you haven’t received tracking information it has not shipped. Our system is automated and tracking is sent immediately when we create the shipping label. We also create shipping labels ahead of time so it it’s perfectly normal for you to receive a tracking number and it not to do anything for a few days. With all this in mind please refrain from sending emails asking where you are in the queue or if yours has sent yet. If you don’t have tracking we don’t have it either, and all we're able to see is that the order exists in our system. I understand how frustrating this is. Trust me, no one is more frustrated at the way this has played out than I am. My team and I have been working relentlessly to ensure that we do right by all of you. If you wish to seek a refund, I totally get it. I will gladly send your money back. If not, I can assure you that you will receive your product within the month. In the future, this will hopefully not be a problem again. Just a little hiccup as we get things rolling here at Massive Novelties. Thank you again for your patience and above all, your support.
