We've been teasing this for a while now and as of this week it's finally a reality. I just saw the first 3d prototype of the APEX digital scale and it is nothing short of beautiful.

My mind is racing with the thought of what this is going to allow us to discover about PE practices and how we can all grow bigger faster!

This brings me to the second point. I have seen more than one person and one somewhat well known company teasing that they are coming out with a high tension extender with a digital scale. Well the first reason I'm not worried is because this company is known for making their products prohibitively expensive. They would more than likely charge $350 for the APEX as is.

The second reason I'm not worried is because the APEX single piece frame, digital scale and concept of using a digital scale on an extender are all patented and licensed to Massive Novelties.

Why did I do this? Two reasons

I had these ideas protected because they are my babies. Ive spent sixty-five thousand dollars on R&D, production and labor for the APEX IR heating pad, the 2 ADS systems and a few other things i cant talk about right now for patent reasons. Ive turned my entire life into developing these products and facilitating the wamts and needs of this community. This is now my full time job. As such I feel like I have a few things on my mind, two of them being to stop a Chinese company from turning my idea into a bastardization made with shitty materials, no quality control and no user support.

Secondly to stop some big company from stealing my idea and making it too expensive for the majority of people to afford and simultaneously killing my livelihood.

I'm not a materialistic person. I don't need much in life to be happy. I drive a manual 2010 kia soul for reference, and when it does ill probably get a 2011 kia soul). But the thought that someone could take what I have poured blood sweat and tears into away from me and the people i designed it for was more than enough for me to legally prevent that.

I've showed people how to make the frankenstender from day one, i put out a parts list and a DIY. And I LOVE seeing mods and DIY versions of it. This is not addressed to those people in any way.

This is me issuing a warning to the people poaching you that don't actually give a fuck about you because theyre not on here everyday talking and engaging and actually doing PE.

SO, to all of you my friends and supporters, when and if you see these people please let them know that all of the ideas on the APEX/APEX PRO are my protected property. Because I for one will not tolerate the phallosan fortes and PMPs of this world to keep charging INSANE amounts of money for plastic shit that breaks, doesn't work with anything else, has no customer facing support, and worst of all has NO PRESENCE whatsoever in the PE world

Say what you will but its guys like M9, BD, Hink, Ben from malehanger and myself who have skin in the game, who actually have something to lose and have a personal interest and desire to help you guys grow.
