So let me start out by saying that I have been a LMT for abour 2 years now, and I work at one of the chain places. Now when I massage a client I have a tendency to zone out and let my mind wander, this is on purpose because I have sort of trained my body to work almost independently from what I'm thinking. This means that I can largely tune out most od the session and do my routines the exact same way every time with adjustments to each client of course. Because of this I spend a lot of time thinking and getting lost in my thoughts and its just turned into me dissociating fully and only half remembering what happend during it.

I know this is probably not common by any means but its getting to me a bit and I'm curious is by chance theres anyone else here who has a similar experience? Or if maybe someone knows something that could help at all?
