Hi guys. Currently enrolled in Massage Therapy School- we are in our second semester and in clinicals.
We have a mid-term coming up that the school just decided to throw at us last minute. We have to point the muscles out on a skeleton and in detail describe the action, origin, and insertion.
Now Iām pretty good at taking written tests, but Iām having a really hard time with my memory for all of this.
Yes I did make flash cards, my brain keeps re-reading the same info and it feels like nothing is absorbing.
Iām starting to get very frustrated spending all my time on this when I have other classes and topics I need to study.
So please, please please please, help me with any tips or tricks for learning this stuff and keeping it in my brain š¤£
EDIT: THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I got a lot of good things to go on and try. Appreciate yall!
