Opening my own suite in February (advice?)

Iā€™m a relatively new licensed massage therapist in MD. (In my first year) I put a down payment on a space inside one of those salon spaces like a SOLA salon (not saying the exact name for a reason) where you can rent your own space but there are other salon/beauty professionals there. My lease is set to start the first Monday of February. Any general advice for someone like me. Good equipment to get? Useful tips? Best furniture pieces? Etc. Iā€™m a 31 year old black man if that matters. 8 years experience as a personal trainer with my own business (LLC) before starting massage school so I understand the basics.
