I just started playing the game a couple of days ago and I've got a few resilient notifications that won't go away. I'm currently on Eos doing the "A Better Beginning" Priority Op.

The Research Station objective will not go away even after having created a weapon and finished the Task.

The Skills menu constantly shows a "!" symbol over it saying I have unspent skills except... everyone has 0 skill points because they are all spent. When I go to the menu for it, it shows that it's the squadmates that have skill points.

In the same vein, the Journal menu apparently has a permanent "!" on it. There are no unchecked Missions. I'm not certain why it won't go away.

I've googled each of these and come up empty on the results.
