I have a metal cage and love the extra weight when working out. I’ve gone for runs, lifted and did yoga (caged and plugged) which has been awesome especially free balling. Never did contact sports but i might be a bit more hesitant in case for some weird reason it got caught on something. Idk if that’d happen but you never know 🤷🏻♂️
