Just want to hear some thoughts, don’t really have a question per se. I work part time at a sauna and get paid $10/hr but receive anywhere from $40-$80 a night in tips on a five hour shift. Being that this is a part time job and kind of extra income for me I don’t ever make an issue of it with the owner. There are other certain benefits that come along with the job, mainly free sauna whenever I please, and it’s a super low key, no bill shit place to work...but it seems twisted that the owner pays so little and justifies it by his costs and that I get tips.
