Is this game still worth purchasing today?

Seen nothing but mixed or bad reviews, nothing really positive but that's all when it launched and the first few dlc's. What are your guys thoughts? I purchased the game on black Friday but the disc wouldn't load past the first screen so returned it as faulty - £13 on Amazon rn and I have a PS5 for reference.
