Android app problems

The marvel unlimited app on my nexus 7 claims I've reached my limit of comics to store offline, whilst also saying I have none stored offline. It also flat out refuses to sync my library.
I've tried deleting the app data, clearing the cache, even reinstalling to no avail.
Am I alone with this problem? Has anyone found a solution?
