Anyone get the feeling reading guides aren’t 100% correct?

New to x-men and noticed 3 inconsistencies: 1. The reading guides arent in the order shown on the last page of each issue.
At times the tie-ins are placed much later than relevant to story, (meaning they are out of order)
The reading guides will sometimes be in proper reading order (House/Powers of X) but at other times will keep each title seperate despite suggested reading order (dawn of X)
All this is so frustrating for a new reader that PAYS
