Whats happening with Sharon Carter?

I feel like Marvel dont know and havent know what to do with Sharon Carter. Emily Vancamp is a good actress, she can deliverer, but for some reason Marvel doesnt use her correctly. First the chaos with Sharon during the Captain America Films. Then they bring her back after not hearing from her, they put her in TFATWS tv show, give her a kind of important role, and now apparently they will skip her again? Since there is no news about her been in captain america 4. Marvel havent use Sharon Carter correctly and because of that a lot of fans dont like her.
